Pragna Campus Magazine (hereinafter "the Platform") operates as a digital publication platform maintained by students of Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies, Nuzvid campus. The Platform serves to disseminate student-created content, institutional news, creative works, and academic discourse relevant to the campus community.
The Platform is provided for informational and educational purposes. Content represents the views of individual contributors and does not necessarily reflect official positions of RGUKT Nuzvid or its administration.
The Platform is accessible to members of the general public. Certain features may require registration or institutional affiliation. Users represent that information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activities conducted through their accounts. Unauthorized access attempts or security breaches must be reported immediately to platform administrators.
The Platform is intended for users of appropriate age in accordance with applicable regulations. Minors accessing the Platform should do so under appropriate supervision consistent with institutional policies.
Users agree to utilize the Platform in compliance with applicable laws, institutional policies, and these Terms. The Platform reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and to cooperate with law enforcement or institutional authorities in addressing misconduct.
By submitting content to the Platform, contributors represent that they possess necessary rights to the submitted material and that publication will not violate any third-party rights. Contributors grant the Platform a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to publish, reproduce, and distribute submitted content in connection with Platform operations.
The editorial board maintains discretion over publication decisions, including content selection, editing for clarity or length, and rejection of submissions inconsistent with editorial standards or these Terms. The Platform does not guarantee publication of any submitted content.
Original content created by the Platform, including design elements, compilations, and editorial materials, is protected by copyright. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of Platform content is prohibited absent express written permission.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or reference external content. Such links are provided for convenience and do not constitute endorsement. The Platform exercises no control over third-party sites and assumes no responsibility for their content, accuracy, or practices. Users access external resources at their own risk.
Contributors citing or referencing external sources are responsible for ensuring appropriate attribution and compliance with applicable copyright or usage restrictions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform, RGUKT Nuzvid, and their respective officers, employees, and representatives disclaim liability for damages arising from Platform use, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes damages resulting from errors, omissions, interruptions, delays, viruses, or unauthorized access.
Users acknowledge that the Platform may experience technical difficulties, maintenance periods, or security incidents that could affect availability or data integrity. The Platform endeavors to maintain reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform, RGUKT Nuzvid, and their respective affiliates from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from user conduct, content submissions, or violations of these Terms. This indemnification obligation survives termination of Platform access.
The Platform reserves the right to monitor, review, modify, or remove content at any time without prior notice. This includes content that violates these Terms, institutional policies, or applicable law, or that is deemed inappropriate for the Platform's educational mission.
Content removal does not constitute acknowledgment of liability nor waiver of any rights. The Platform is not obligated to monitor all content but may do so at its discretion.
The Platform may suspend or terminate user access for violations of these Terms, at administrative discretion, or for any reason deemed necessary for Platform operation or security. Termination may occur with or without notice depending on the nature of the violation.
Upon termination, users must cease all use of the Platform. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect, including intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, and indemnification obligations.
The Platform reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to the Platform unless otherwise specified. Material changes will be communicated through appropriate channels, which may include prominent notice on the Platform or direct communication to registered users.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The Platform's failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between users and the Platform regarding Platform use and supersede any prior agreements or understandings. No modification to these Terms shall be binding unless in writing and executed by authorized Platform representatives.
